Delivery & Returns Policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 days (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays and holiday periods). Expected delivery times begin from date of shipping.

• UK 1st Class (1-2 Days) at £2.99

There are 1 shipping rates available for the rest of the world at £9.99
• Standard Shipping (4-10 days) at £9.99

We now ship internationally! Our international orders are shipped through Royal Mail. Please note that International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is out of our control. 

Our Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your order or change your mind for any reason, you have 14 days to return your order for a full refund (excludes shipping), providing the following conditions are met.
Items returned must be in the original condition that the customer received them in unused, unopened and in their original packaging. This includes ensuring that all labels are affixed and unopened or unbroken. For hygiene reasons we cannot refund any opened or used hair products.
As a precaution, we strongly recommend that you use a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the items that you are returning. This protects you against lost or damaged goods.

When returning items, please ensure that you include all of the following information:
1. Full Name
2. Address, as provided on the original order
3. Your order number/reference
4. Reason for Return or Exchange
Distance Selling Regulations:
Under the European Distance Selling Regulations, customers within the European Union (EU) are automatically entitled to a Seven Day Cooling Period. This gives you the right to cancel the contract of purchase, within seven days of your order. Notification of cancellation must be received by email within seven working days of the goods being received by the customer. As per the European Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the cost of item(s), as well as the original shipping Charge.
(Please note, there is no VAT currently charged on our products.)
Customs and import duties (if any) are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and can't advise on what the costs will be in advance. We advise you to contact your local customs office for current charges. 
If your products are returned back to us due to non-delivery, incorrect address, no one available to sign for and/or collect your products you will incur re-delivery charge(s)
Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at National Holidays. We do our best to deliver within 14 days of the date of your order but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
